European Football for Development Network Foundation (“EFDN”) respects the privacy of everyone that involves themselves with our organisation by using the Healthy Football League app. This privacy statement provides the definition of personal data, which data EFDN collects, the purpose for collecting them, for how long we keep the data and your rights regarding data collection. This privacy policy was written in English. If a translated version of this privacy statement differs or is at odds with the English version, then the English version will be given priority and will be the main point of reference.

Collection and processing of personal data for the Healthy Football League App
We collect and process your personal data to provide you with the right services of the Healthy EFDN collects and processes your personal data to provide you with the best possible user experience while using our Healthy Football League App.

Personal data
The personal data that we will collect from you is contingent on the nature of your interactions with our services. In order for you to use the services provided by EFDN through the Healthy Football League App, we require the following personal data from you:
• Basic account information, such as:
o Full name
o E-mail address
o Height and weight measurements
o Date of birth
o Credentials
o Any complaints you have made

• Information we receive from you through your usage of the app (you must provide explicit
permission for this purpose)
o Distance you walked, ran, or cycled
o GPS location data of your workouts

We do not intend to collect and process data from people under the age of 18 , unless these individuals have parental permission or permission from a guardian. We therefore advise parents or guardians to be involved in the online activities of their (minor) children, in order to prevent the collection of (personal) data without the necessary consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information from a minor without the permission mentioned, please contact us at h.simon@efdn.org so we can delete this information on your behalf.

Data processing purposes
EFDN processes your personal and user data from the Healthy Football League App for the following purposes:
• To place your personal profile in a live classification system
• To calculate points based on your activity levels
• To improve and develop the services that we offer through the Healthy Football League app
• To provide you with advertisements and marketing, which includes, but is not limited to
targeted advertising, showcasing pertinent offers

With whom do we share personal data?
EFDN, our partner clubs, and a select group of third parties process your data to be able to store and access
information on your device, to acquire accurate geolocation data, to improve and develop our services, to
personalise ads and other marketing content, to appraise ads and content, and to procure audience insights.
Your personal data will be shared with the following parties if deemed necessary for the
purpose of our legitimate interests:
• IT supplier
• Google (e.g. shortened IP address, equipment, operating system)
• The football club that you signed up for
• Commercial partners
• Advertisement agencies

In addition to sharing information with these parties, the law may oblige us to share information with
Tax Authorities, with the Justice Department, in the context of legal proceedings, or with other government agencies. We do not share your personal data with parties outside the European Economic Area.

Storage personal data
We do not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data is collected and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies or similar techniques
EFDN uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users are using the website. The information thus obtained, including the truncated address of your equipment (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information. You will also find the privacy policy of Google Analytics there. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide reports about the Website to EFDN, and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. EFDN has no influence on this. EFDN has not given Google permission to use analytics data obtained for other Google services.

Rights of data subjects
You have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to rectification and addition
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to human view in automated decisions
• Right to object
• Right to clear information

If we process your personal data because you have given permission to do so, you can withdraw that permission at any time. To exercise your rights, you can submit a request by sending an email to h.simon @efdn.org.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID attached with the request. In this copy, hide your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone; the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (or your country’s equivalent national identification number). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. Immediately, after your request has been processed, we will destroy the received copy of your identity document.

We cannot approve your request in the following cases:
• if the request is unfounded
• if it concerns a request that we are legally not required to comply with
• if we need your personal data for the execution of the agreement we have with you
• if we have a legitimate interest in processing the data.

Automatic processing
We do not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for you.

Security
EFDN takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification thereof. We require third parties, that handle or process your personal data for us, to do the same. Access to your personal data is limited and will only be available to a limited number of parties, that are handpicked by EFDN. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with the latest security standards. If you feel that your personal data is not properly secured or if there are indications of
